Ordering Policy

At NourishED Foods Inc., we work with fresh, made-to-order food and produce for schools and institutions. To ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries, please review our ordering policy below.

1. Placing Orders

All orders must be placed via email.
Orders are confirmed only once acknowledged by the NourishED Foods team.
Please include item names, quantities, delivery date, and delivery location with every order.

2. Order Deadlines

Standard orders must be placed at least 3 business days in advance.
Large or custom orders (events, special packs, bulk bakery items, chopped produce) require 5–7 business days’ notice.
Seasonal or promotional items may have specific cut-off dates, which will be communicated separately.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Changes to an order must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be charged in full, as some products are freshly prepared and reserved for your order.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value may apply depending on location and delivery route. This will be shared at the time of onboarding or quotation.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made on agreed-upon days and time windows.
Someone must be available to receive the order. NourishED Foods Inc. is not responsible for spoilage or loss once goods are delivered and accepted.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours.

6. Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on seasonality and supplier costs.
Schools will be notified of any price revisions.
Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due within the timeframe mentioned on the invoice (typically 7–14 days).

8. Product Substitutions

In rare cases of supply shortages, NourishED Foods may substitute with a similar product of equal or higher quality.
We will inform you in advance wherever possible.

By placing an order with NourishED, you agree to the above terms. These policies help us maintain freshness, quality, and reliable service for all our school partners.
